The lack of appointment slots for passport application or renewal has always been a problem in the past. It's so hard to get a slot at DFA's passport appointment system. What seems to be the problem? I have some friends from Manila who even flew to Puerto Princesa City, Palawan just to have their passports renewed because it's the only place where there are available slots.
