How to replace your Easytrip and Autosweep RFID sticker tag? What is the process? How much does it cost? Where to have it checked and replaced? We will answer these on this blog post!
In case your Easytrip or Autosweep RFID sticker is damaged, defective, unreadable, or you're experiencing intermittent reading, you may request for an RFID sticker tag replacement. All you have to do is go to an Autosweep or Easytrip RFID station and have your RFID sticker tag checked. For your convenience, I also included below the list of Easytrip and Autosweep Stations where you could go to have your RFID sticker checked and replaced if needed.

Autosweep RFID Sticker Replacement
In my case, my Autosweep RFID is not damaged nor defective. There are times that it works well, but most of the time, it is not read at the toll booths (intermittent reading). So, I had it checked at an Autosweep RFID station along STAR Tollway on my way to Batangas last weekend. The staff checked the RFID sticker installed on my car and she told me that it is still okay and works fine, but I could have it changed if I want to. Since I am experiencing intermitent reading when I pass the toll booths, I decided to have it changed with a new Autosweep RFID sticker tag.
I just filled-up the RFID Sticker Replacement form, and paid the PHP 200 pesos as replacement fee. Then the staff removed my old RFID sticker and installed a new RFID sticker tag on the headlight of my car. I was also told that I don't need to change my Autosweep card since I will still be using the same Autosweep account and card numbers. They will link the new RFID sticker tag to my account. I just have to wait for at least 30 minutes for it to be activated and ready to use at the toll booths.
The RFID replacement process is quite easy and fast. It only took around 5 to 10 minutes to have my new Autosweep RFID sticker tag installed on my car. For the full process, please watch my Youtube video below.

Easytrip RFID Sticker Replacement
For Easytrip RFID replacement, just go to any Easytrip Installation sites and have your Easytrip RFID sticker checked. If defect has been found on the sticker, you may have it replaced by the installer. RFID check-up is FREE, replacement of RFID Sticker is FREE when defects were found, just pay the initial load. If the replacement is covered by the warranty, you just have to pay the P500 initial load for North and P200 for South.
