If you only have 3 days to spend in Bohol, let's say a weekend or a long weekend, a 3 days and 2 nights Bohol itinerary is the most ideal for you. You can spend your first day on a Bohol countryside tour, your second day on island hopping and dolphin watching tour, and your third day on Panglao Island land Tour. I recommend that you take the early morning flight to Bohol and choose a late afternoon flight when leaving Bohol. Here is the sample itinerary that you could follow or copy.

If chasing waterfalls is your thing, you may also add another day and visit some of the most popular waterfalls in Bohol. This includes Dimiao Twin Falls, Can-Umantad Falls, Mag-aso Falls, Kawasan Falls and Camugao Falls.
