Gasang-gasang Festival is a yearly colorful Easter Sunday festival in the town of Gasan, province of Marinduque. It is in celebration of the origin of the name of the town "Gasan", which came from the term "Gasang-Gasang", a type of coral that used to be seen around the town's shoreline.
Accompanied by live marching band, contingents dressed in colorful costumes and indigenous materials, danced in full spirit to the beat of the drums as they paraded along the major streets of Gasan which started at 8:00 in the morning.
"Viva El Kristo", as shouted by the participants can be heard in celebration of the Risen Christ. Several contingents from different barangays danced in jubilation at the street dancing and ground competition held at Gasan's Guingona Park.
Though not as grand as the other festivals, through the years, it has become a festival to see in Marinduque every Easter Sunday.
