3N Bakery Toasted Siopao in Pasig City

One Bicolano specialty that you should try is the toasted siopao. It's not the same steamed siopao that we used to know but its like a "monay bread" stuffed with pork asado and bits of egg. It is actually not fried but baked until well done thus, "toasted". Its asado filling is saucy and very flavorful. You need not put siopao sauce anymore when eating toasted siopao. The bun also tastes good and its nicely toasted yet soft in the inside.

Pinoy Food Trip: Hidden Tapsihan, Kawit Cavite's Best-Tasting Tapa

If there's one "hole in the wall" food stop that you should try in Kawit, Cavite, it has be the "Hidden Tapsihan". Located along an alley and indeed hidden in a residential area, they are famous in Cavite for having the best-tasting tapa in town. Their old fashioned pinoy tapa is marinated in a sweet sauce that definitely matches the Filipino taste bud; and oh, I have to mention that it's really tender.

I had my first taste of Pancit Cabagan when my friend introduced it to me last year. We went to "Wok with Joc" located at St. Thomas Square in España Manila where they serve this saucy Isabela delicacy. It really tastes good! So, when I planned this trip, I see to it that I go to where it originated - Cabagan, Isabela.

Pinoy Food : Don't Forget to Bring Home Some Deliciously Creamy “Pasalubong” when you Visit Masbate

Masbate's best OTOP (One Town, One Product) specialty could be the "Carmelado", the province's version of the Pastillas de Leche. This native delicacy is made of pure carabao’s milk and a little of white sugar. Cut into thin rectangular shapes and wrapped in white paper, it can be found in the ports of Masbate and flea markets.

Pinoy Food : A Taste of Baler's Ensaladang Pako

I must admit, I am not as Adventurista that you might think when it comes to food. Shame on me! Hahaha! I'm not just comfortable eating dishes that I am not accustomed to. Hehehe! But my recent trip to Aurora province changed it all when my friends from Baler introduced me to their “Ensaladang Pako”.

I’m not sure if this is native to the town or to the province, but I’m certain that the others also have their own version of this – perhaps, with a different name.

It also comes with a thick soy sauce-based soup which makes it different from other pancit versions.

Me, while waiting for SEx...

After the Sosyal Klaymers' Nomo Nights last Friday, I decided to go to Malate area and found myself in Nakpil St. looking for SEx.

Ayun na nga, nag-SEx ako, as in Sinangag EXpress... Di ko napigilan ang gutom ko eh! Hahaha!!!

Pinoy Food : ANG PINAKA Swak na Aphrodisiac

As I was surfing the net for the QTV 11's "Ang Pinaka", I came accross this very interesting topic: Top 10 ‘Ang Pinaka: Swak na Aphrodisiac’. Let me share this "Pinoy na Pinoy" list of aphrodisiacs with you.

Ano nga ba ang Aphrodisiac? Ayon sa aking kaibigang si WikiPedia, an aphrodisiac is a substance that increases sexual desire. The name comes from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of sensuality and love. Throughout history, many foods, drinks, and behaviors have had a reputation for making sex more attainable and/or pleasurable. However, from a historical and scientific standpoint, the alleged results may have been mainly due to mere belief by their users that they would be effective (i.e., the placebo effect). In particular, Western medical science has no substantiated claims that any particular food increases sexual desire or performance.
