When was the last time you generated your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate from DOH? Be sure to download your updated VaxCertPH starting February 7, 2022!

In a Facebook post last February 7, 2022, the Department of Health (DOH) advised all individuals who previously downloaded their Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate to request a new version of VaxCertPH in the DOH portal.
