But it’s not only for kids, it’s also for the “kids at heart!” To even add to the enjoyment, there are now interactive museums are now all around the Metro. Check out the Mall of Asia theme park with its huge ferris wheel, as well as interactive museums such as The Upside Down Museum, The Dessert Museum, and Lakbay Museo in Pasay, and Art in Island Museum in Cubao.

2. Go shopping at Malls and Christmas Bazaars


The lavish Christmas decorations in shopping malls are a feast for the eyes. Shop for Christmas gifts in bazaars with their holiday sales and dine your heart out at restaurants. The shopping malls and special bazaars will be jam-packed this Christmas season with so many holiday season sales and promos.

Watch the lights at the Ayala Triangle Gardens come to life every 30 minutes from 6:00 to 9:00 PM daily. The show is frequented by families and by the yuppies working in Makati City. It usually starts late November or early December and run until the first week of January.


5. Enjoy the many Christmas events and activities


This is the season for many events and activities that makes the season truly magical and exciting. Can’t-miss events coming up include the Christmas on Display at Araneta City, Liwanag Park at Meralco Compound Ortigas City, the annual UP Lantern Parade, and of course, the yearly Metro Manila Film Festival which is always an amazing bonding time at the movies with the family.
