Pinoy Food : Longganisang Lucban, Quezon's Famous Delicacy

Longganisang Lucban is a famous delicacy in the province of Quezon. It is commonly made in the town of Lucban where the annual Pahiyas Festival is held. It has a stronger garlic flavor and a bit sour compared to other longganisa recipes. Best eaten as a viand together with garlic rice and fried egg and dipped in vinegar for added taste.

When you visit Lucban, you could see locals making it as it has been one of the town's main products.

So, when visiting Quezon, try the longganisang Lucban. Your visit wouldn't be complete without munching on a serving of this longganisa variety.
