BISITA BATANGAS: Tourist Spots and Things To Do in Batangas (Part 1)

Tourist Spots and Things To Do in Batangas

The way to show how beautiful a place is to promote by the help of each organization or establishment. "Bisita Batangas" was launched to promote tourism in Batangas and the most beautiful places and industries known in the province. I am happy that Lima Park Hotel is one of the many organizations that help to promote the many tourist spots in Batangas.

Things To Do in Batangas

Lima Park Hotel is the first and the premiere hotel in the Philippines’ industrial zones and one of Batangas’ most prestigious hotels in which to hold business conferences and special celebration.

I was invited by Lima Park Hotel to see the beautiful places in promoting Bisita Batangas like churches, historical place and known industry of Batangas.

Things To Do in Batangas

Taal Lake Cruise

Our first activity is a boat cruise (Lady of the Lake) along the Taal Lake where you will see different islands like Napayong Island and the way going to Taal Lake. In our one-hour boat cruise, I witnessed a lovely view of mountain hills, the totally inviting calm waters and fishery livelihood of the locals.

Our so nice and very intelligent tour guides (Ralph, Jim, and Lewelin) was able to explain each island we passed by and give a bit of history about them.. The boat cruise is one of the tour packages you can avail at Lima Park Hotel to promote Bisita Batangas.

Marian Orchard

Next is “The Marian Orchard” that offers a solemn place where you can have a peaceful relaxation and meditation. This place is also ideal for retreats and a place for prayers. You can find the station of the cross and the apostles of Jesus statues inside the orchard.

Golden Clover Honey Bee Farm

The third place that we visited as part of Lima Park Hotel Bisita Batangas Tour is “Golden Clover Honey Bee Farm” owned by Mr. Edgardo Del Rio. At the farm, Mr. Del Rio explained to us how his honey bee farm boomed because of the right resources combined with sufficient knowledge, skills and dedication to work. He also showed to us how he collect honey from honeycomb using his full gear to protect from a bee sting. We’re able to taste also the honey that Mr. Rio collected. It tastes so sweet as it came from the nectar of the flowers.

Batangas Dairy Cooperative

The fourth place that we’ve visited as part of Lima Park Hotel Bisita Batangas tour is BADACO (Batangas Dairy Cooperative). It is a 65-hectare property where you can see different kinds of cows that walk around the place. We were also got to witness how they get the milk from each cow and we’re able to experience feeding some of the baby cows. BADACO is one of the local milk industry suppliers from selected establishment. Your visit will not be complete if you don’t bring home some of their milk products, such as yogurt and fresh milk.
