RESORT REVIEW: P&M Final Option Beach Resort in San Juan, La Union

Looking for hotels and resorts in San Juan, La Union? Here is my review of P&M Final Option Beach Resort.

Experience peaceful and relaxing vacation at P&M Final Option Beach Resort located in the bustling town of San Juan, La Union. The resort is situated along the stretch of San Juan Beach, but isolated from the crowded area where most of the resorts in San Juan are. It offers lovely accommodation that are perfect for small to large groups, families and couples wanting to have an awesome vacation in this emerging tourist destination in Northern Luzon.

Location

Final Option Beach Resort (See room rates and availability) is just a few minutes away from other establishments like San Juan Public Market, San Juan Plaza, restaurants and bars, gas stations, and other shops. What makes it different from other resorts in the area is that it is kinda isolated from the rest of the resorts in San Juan. If you like to enjoy the moment with your loved ones without too much crowd, then Final Option Beach Resort is for you.

Rooms

There are 13 rooms at the resort. You can choose whether you like your room air-conditioned or with fan only. They have different types of rooms such as Deluxe Sea View, Deluxe Penthouse, Deluxe Family Apartment, Deluxe Pool View, Premium, and Beach House. (See room rates and availability)

The most popular for families and groups is the Deluxe Family Apartment. It can accommodate up to 6 persons. The room includes 2 bunk beds, Master's Bedroom, living area and a dining area. If you are a bigger group, then the Beach House is perfect for you. It can accommodate 8 persons, has a private parking area, grilling station, mini kitchen with gas stove and air-conditioned living area. For couples and small families, the deluxe rooms are the best options.

All 13 rooms have a mini bar with complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea making equipment, television set with cable channels, hot and cold shower with complete basic toiletries, and a free use of WiFi.

Amenities and Facilities

Final Option Beach Resort has a cozy swimming pool, a small kiddie pool beside it, cold jacuzzi, in-house bar and restaurant called German Bistro, a souvenir shop, pool table, badminton area, beach volleyball, and a spa.

Water activities

La Union is famous as a good spot for surfing. If you love to try surfing but you have no experience before, worry no more as Final Option Beach Resort offers surfing lessons with guidance from their experienced surfers. Aside from that, they also have other water sports and beach activities that you can try. Surf boards and kayaks are also available for the resort guests to rent.

German Bistro

Final Option Beach Resort's in-hose dining restaurant is called German Bistro. They offer wide varieties of cuisines such as American, German, Continental, and of course, Filipino.

I am sure you will have a wonderful dining experience here because German Bistro is located right in front of the beach. It also has an Al Fresco dining area where guests will surely enjoy eating while having a stunning view of the beach. Imagine dining while listening to the sounds of waves and fresh air softly touching your face. It's a perfect beach getaway!

Complimentary breakfast is also served at German Bistro every morning. You could choose from their wide array of Filipino, American and Continental breakfasts served fresh and hot. During weekends and holidays they also offer breakfast buffet.

At night, German Bistro turns into a bar with live acoustic performances from local bands. This is a good spot to unwind after a long day of exploring La Union's tourist spots and attractions, while having a huge mug of German draft beer and enjoying the beautiful sunset.
