Savoring Classic Filipino Favorites at The Aristocrat Restaurant in SM City Dasmariñas

The Aristrocrat Restaurant is one of the well-loved Filipino restaurants in the country. Known as "the home of the best barbeque in town," they have been in the restaurant business since its humble beginnings in 1936. As a matter of fact, their restaurant along Roxas Boulevard has been awarded a Historical Marker by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) recognizing its contribution to Philippine history and to the local dining scene.

Yesterday, I was invited by The Aristocrat Restaurant to visit their branch in SM Dasmariñas, Cavite along with other bloggers. I didn't say "no" as I know it will be an awesome dining experience.

Opened in 2013, The Aristocrat Restaurant Dasmariñas is located at the upper ground floor of the new annex building of SM City Dasmariñas. I am quite familiar with this SM mall as I used to go here when I was still taking up my masters degree at De La Salle University Dasmariñas. But since I graduated, I seldom got the chance to visit it again. The new annex building came to me as a surprise with a lot of new restaurants - one of them is The Aristocrat.

We got to try some of the classic Filipino favorites on their menu such as the Hototai soup, Beef Kare-kare, Crispy Pata, Chicken Honey, Seafood Kare-kare, Pancit Guisado, Lumpiang Shanghai, Dinuguan, Lechon Kawali and Laing. They were all good and taste very Filipino. My favorites? Oh well, Kare-kare will always be one of the favorites, the Lumpiang Shanghai is also a must-try and of course, the Crispy Pata is oh-so-good! Surprisingly, they serve very good Dinuguan and the "sarap to the bones" Honey Chicken. Try them too when dining at any Aristocrat Restaurants!

When dining at any Aristocrat Restaurant, you shouldn't miss their bakeshop where you could buy premium cakes, cheese rolls, cookies, ensaymada and other delectable pastries. It's a nice "pasalubong" to family and friends or when you want to surprise them in any occasion.

We got to try the Cheese Roll and the oh-so-yummy and heavenly-delicious Torta De Los Reyes. There's no better way to end our awesome dining experience at The Aristocrat Restaurant but with a serving of this Aristocrat Bakeshop’s signature creation. It's my first time to taste this chocolate-covered sans rival cake but it instantly became my new favorite. Yummmmm!!!

Also not to be missed at The Aristocrat Restaurant SM Dasmariñas are the carolers who will serenade you with Christmas Carols this Yuletide Season.

Overall, it was an awesome dining experience at The Aristocrat Restaurant SM Dasmariñas. The food really tastes good, the restaurant exudes a very homey feel and the staff are all nice and attentive to the guests' needs. Surely, I will keep visiting The Aristocrat once in a while.

Soon to Open!

A new The Aristocrat Restaurant is set to open in Anabu, Imus Cavite. It is located along Aguinaldo hi-way near The District Mall and Shopwise. When it open some time next year, it will be a good stopover when traveling to and from Tagaytay City. I am so excited and will definitely visit it when it opens!
