HOTELS IN HANOI, VIETNAM: Crowne Plaza West Hanoi (Hotel Review)

Crowne Plaza West Hanoi is our home for 2 nights during our visit to Vietnam's capital city last year. It is a luxurious 5-star hotel accommodation that offers excellent location and provides access to Hanoi's tourist spots and attractions.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was totally impressed with its elegant and classy interiors. From this moment, I knew that we're staying in one of the best hotels in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Deluxe Room

I got even more impressed when I saw our spacious and contemporary-designed room. It is a nothing but luxury! It's a 34-sqm. Deluxe Room (Check rates online) with 2 single beds coupled with plush white sheets, pluffy pillows and thick comforters.

The room is also equipped with all the much-needed amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay - such as an en suite toilet and bath, television set, cabinets, luggage rack, air-conditioning unit, a mini bar, a working desk, a sitting area, among many others.

And oh, I just love the couch at one side of the room with a floor to ceiling window that offers a spectacular and amazing view of the city.

As I checked on the toilet and bath, I was amazed! It is huge and complete with luxurious amenities. Bath tub, walk-in shower and complete toiletries; I couldn't ask for more! I am really impressed with Crowne Plaza West Hanoi!

Lackah Restaurant

Lackah, is Crowne Plaza West Hanoi's in-house restaurant. Overlooking the garden, it serves sumptuous and delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We got to try their breakfast buffet and it was really good! It is open from 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM, daily.

Other Amenities

Crowne Plaza West Hanoi also boasts of other amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, on-site fitness center, spa and health club and business center, among many others. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try these because of our busy schedule. I would love to experience tit next time. It's certainly a relaxing and tranquil spot to unwind and recharge after a day of exploring the city.

Published Rates

Crowne Plaza West Hanoi is a luxurious 5-star hotel but it won't cost you an arm just to stay here. As I checked on Agoda.com, a night's stay at the Deluxe Room would only cost around Php 4,400.00 ($98.00). That's really affordable considering the amenities and quality of service they provide.

There are many accommodation options in Hanoi that you can consider for your vacation in the city, but my stay at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi is truly exceptional and beyond my expectations. I am totally satisfied!

Overall, I had an awesome and remarkable stay at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi. With its top-notch amenities, superb customer service, delectable food offerings and value-for-money-rates, Crowne Plaza West Hanoi is certainly one of the best hotels in Hanoi, Vietnam! I wouldn't think twice to book here next time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommended!

This Hanoi Vietnam Familiarization Tour happened on November 9-12, 2014 was courtesy of Cebu Pacific Air.
