Baguio City has always been known for its cool climate and awesome tourist spots. But beyond its endless attractions, it also offers a wide array of cuisines and delicious dishes that will surely satisfy anybody's cravings. During my latest trip to Baguio City last March 2014, my friend brought me to one of the newest restaurants in Baguio City. It has been creating a "buzz" in the city as locals and tourists are willing to wait and fall in line just to have a taste of their yummy treats.

Grumpy Joe Restaurant is one of the latest addition to Baguio City's eclectic dining scene. Opened early this year in time for Panagbenga Festival 2014, it is an Italian-American comfort food joint located along Leonard Wood Road near the famous 50's Diner. Situated on the 2nd floor, the restaurant is a bit small, yet very nice and exudes a relaxing ambiance. It has lovely and cozy sofa chairs, wooden chairs and tables perfect for hanging out with your family and friends.

It takes pride on their menu a variety of food selections such pizza, burgers, rice meals, wings, pasta, combo meals, desserts, among many others. Must-try is their good and affordable combo meals. For only 140 pesos you could sample on their pizza, pasta, potato fries and chicken. Another must-try is their house-blended iced tea which comes in different refreshing flavors such as kiwi, passion fruit, raspberry and lemon. Served in a mason jars, it looks and really tastes good!
