Caffe Pascucci Shop at Robinson's Galleria, "A Nice Place to Hangout and Chill in Ortigas Center"

Caffe Pascucci in Robinsons Galleria

Caffe Pascucci is a new Italian coffeehouse chain in the Philippines with branches located at Glorietta 2 in Makati and Robinson's Galleria in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The shop is famous in countries such as Italy and South Korea where it already gathered quite a number of loyal customers. Aside from premium coffee blends, they also offer a wide selection of coffee accompaniments such as cakes, cookies, pastries and sandwiches.

Caffe Pascucci

Earlier this month, I was invited by Caffe Pascucci to checkout their branch in Robinson's Galleria, located just across TGIF. Upon entering the shop, you'll be greeted by displays of their baked goodies, pastries and sandwiches neatly displayed on a chiller just beside the counter. The place is quite small but certainly very relaxing and conducive for a cup of coffee with friends and colleagues. They also have nice seats outdoors for that alfresco coffee experience.

Piccantina Sandwich

We got to try Piccantina Sandwich (PHP 215.00), which is made of sliced turkey and ham layered and served with house-made wine sauerkraut and Dijon mustard on freshly-baked multi-grain whole wheat roll and potato chips on the side. The turkey is tender and flavorful. The whole sandwich is tasty and very filling.

Gianduio

For the coffee, we had Gianduio (PHP 135.00), which is a hot cappuccino-based drink with Gianduio whipped cream, Nutella, topped with chopped hazelnuts. It's nutty and chocolatey! And I like the texture of the chopped hazelnuts.

Fraspuccio Confuso

Next is Fraspuccio Confuso (PHP 160.00), served in a nice glass mug. It's a cold drink made of espresso, milk, ice, sugar, caramel syrup, confuso cream and crushed biscuit. Its coffee flavor is a bit light to my taste but it is good. It's creamy and the crushed biscuits adds texture to the drink.

Tiramisu

Lastly, the luscious and heavenly Tiramisu. Authentic cake infused with espresso and Italian Marsala wine layered with rich mascarpone cheese filling. It has that distinct tiramisu taste with a unique texture of a cheesecake. This is really good!

Overall, we had a great time at Caffe Pascucci in Robinson's Galleria. The place is elegant, quiet, and pretty intimate. The food and drinks were awesome and the presentation is really commendable. The staff are nice and know a lot about their products. I'm definitely going back here especially when I want to hangout and chill with my friends.
