Managed by the university's College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management, it is a 30-room, 5-storey hotel located right beside the Lyceum-Northwestern University along Tapuac district, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Catering to local and foreign tourists visiting this side of the Northern Philippines, this is definitely one of the most modern and newest hotels in Dagupan City.
