WATCH: The New DOT Promotional Video is Similar to South Africa's Tourism Video?

DOT Philippins Tourism Video 2017 Sights When with Filipinos Experience the Philippines

What can you say about the new Department of Tourism promotional video/ad?

Actually, it's quite good and I like it so much! I love the concept as it really makes any visitor feel at home when with Filipinos.

Different tourist spots in Northern Luzon were featured in this promotional video entitled, "Sights." It highlights the island hopping adventure in Hundred Islands National Park of Pangasinan, dancing with the locals in Banaue Rice Terraces of Ifugao, ATV ride in Paoay Sand Dunes of Ilocos Norte, and eating out in Calle Crisologo of Vigan Ilocos Sur, which is a "UNESCO World Heritage Site" and hailed as "New 7 Wonders Cities in the World."

"Here, you don’t have to see the sun to discover radiance; you don’t have to see colors to experience vibrance; you don’t have to see smiles to know you are safe; you don’t have to see to feel you are home," says the voice-over of the 60-second promotional video.

I like it, not until netizens pointed out that it has the same concept and plot twist of South Africa's Tourism video released in 2014.

And when I watched South Africa's video, Ohhhhh! May similarities nga!
