Experience Traveling in Comfort from Batangas to Boracay with 2GO Travel

2GO RORO Ship from Batangas to Caticlan Boracay

If you want to travel while enjoying the whole trip, I recommend you to try 2GO Travel Vessels. I was given the chance to try out one of their vessels named St. Ignatius de Loyola of 2GO and I must say that you can now feel the comfort of your own home while you travel.

I booked a trip under St. Ignatius de Loyola going to Boracay. Batangas to Caticlan took me almost 8 hours of staying in the vessel. Luckily, there are so much fun things to do while in the ship, so boredom is never a problem. The lobby was spacious, just right to accommodate all the passenger’s inquiry. They have comfy seats available in the lobby too. You can also find a mini store at the lobby where you can buy your basic needs and other 2GO Travel products.

They have an in house restaurant named the Horizon. It offers good choices of affordable but delicious meals. They have comfortable chairs and tables where you can enjoy eating your meal even you’re in the middle of the sea. Staff were fast and approachable, serving newly cooked food all the time.

I’m a sea person that’s why I enjoy staring at the wild ocean when I travel, and that is the reason why I love staying at the Mezzanine so much. Aside from soft sofas available, what I loved most is the view from the Mezzanine. It offers a wild angle of the sea from above without any obstacle from the vessel – just the beauty of the sea and mountains.

Night life is also enjoyable at 2GO Travel. They provided a mini bar called Fiesta Island where different liquors and beers are served. They also have a mini stage where live band is performing during at night. Party people can also dance in the music at Fiesta Island because there’s a space provided where you can just jive into the music.

2GO Travel value safety and that is why they have clinic, complete with first aid materials and equipped with oxygen tank for emergency. You can also find a prayer room where you can solemnly pray and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surrounding.

And for the beds, they have Economy Class, Cabin Class, Tourist Class and Stateroom.

Economy class is obviously the cheapest where you are shared with other passengers same with the Tourist Class but not because they are the cheapest means that they are not satisfying. You will still enjoy soft beds with common television for all.

Cabin class is a room good for sharing. You can share it up to 4 persons. Unlike the Economy and Tourist class, Cabin class has its own room, private comfort room and a television.

If you have the budget, I recommend you to choose the Stateroom where you can enjoy a spacious double bed with your own comfort room and television together with a dining table, cabinet, telephone and a sofa. It is complete with basic kitchen utensils, a warm shower, cable channels and a fully air conditioned room.
