Just last week, I was invited by Lung Hin to have a taste of their new menu offerings carefully crafted by their new Chinese Executive Chef Ken Leung. With chef Ken joining Marco Polo Ortigas (Click here to check rates online), it promises to add more superb culinary masterpieces that will bring a unique flavorful experience that will surely delight every guest's most discriminating palate.

Some of the new dishes on their menu that we got to try are the Deep Fried Crispy Tofu with Seaweed Salad, Deep Fried Beancurd Leek Rolls with XO Chili Sauce, Spinach Seafood Soup, Stir-fried Crystal Prawns, Poached Live Garoupa with Mushroom, Deep Fried Spareribs with Black Vinegar Sauce, Ham and Vegetables in Superior Broth, Fookian Misua and Chilled Mixed Jelly and Grass Jelly for dessert.

My personal favorites are the Deep Fried Spareribs with Black Vinegar Sauce, Stir-fried Crystal Prawns, and the Deep Fried Crispy Tofu with Seaweed Salad. Don't leave Lung Hin Restaurant without trying these.
