Roxas President's Inn (Check rates online) is a 14-room hotel in Roxas City with each room named after the Presidents of the Philippines. Located at the corner of Rizal and Lopez Jaena Streets, it is right in the heart of the city where commercial, business and entertainment establishments are just a few strides away. With tourist spots and gastronomic offerings also just around the corner, it is an ideal place to stay in Roxas City.
I find Roxas President's Inn (Check rates online) very appealing, charming and elegant with its old fixtures accentuating the hotel. Its interiors exudes an aura of artistic elegance and nostalgic charm, which I like.
A grand staircase will lead you to the upper floors where the guest rooms are located. The hallways are well decorated with old wooden cabinets, chests, framed antiques and paintings. It's a bit dark with few lamps lit up that adds to the "old-feel" ambiance of the hotel.
Ramos Suite
Our room is a well-appointed Twin room (Check rates online) named after President Ramos. It has 2 single beds joined together with a small bed table. The beds are coupled with clean white sheets, comfy pillows and thick comforters. I quickly tried it, and my back loves it!
It is also equipped with all the much-needed amenities such as television set with cable channels, an en suite toilet and bath, cabinet, safety deposit box, telephone, air-conditioning unit, sitting area, and a tea and coffee making facilities. Free WiFi access in the reception hall, dining area and all suites are also available for all guests.
The toilet and bath is clean, spacious and well-organized. Toiletries such as shampoo with conditioner and bath soap were all provided. The hot and cold shower is quite good and has excellent water pressure. Clean towels were also provided.
Complimentary Breakfast
Every booking comes with a complimentary plated breakfast served at their in-house restaurant located at the ground floor. We had beef tapa and garlic shrimps which are both good. Though the servings is a bit small, it's good enough to perk up our day.
At Roxas President's Inn, it's always "Your Comfort First, Just Like Home." We truly had an awesome overnight stay! With its stylish rooms, superb customer service and affordable rates, I highly recommend it for you to stay-in when visiting Roxas City!
