Pinoy Food : ANG PINAKA Swak na Aphrodisiac

As I was surfing the net for the QTV 11's "Ang Pinaka", I came accross this very interesting topic: Top 10 ‘Ang Pinaka: Swak na Aphrodisiac’. Let me share this "Pinoy na Pinoy" list of aphrodisiacs with you.

Ano nga ba ang Aphrodisiac? Ayon sa aking kaibigang si WikiPedia, an aphrodisiac is a substance that increases sexual desire. The name comes from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of sensuality and love. Throughout history, many foods, drinks, and behaviors have had a reputation for making sex more attainable and/or pleasurable. However, from a historical and scientific standpoint, the alleged results may have been mainly due to mere belief by their users that they would be effective (i.e., the placebo effect). In particular, Western medical science has no substantiated claims that any particular food increases sexual desire or performance.

Since I had my first experience riding the PNR trains in March, I've been riding it almost everyday to go to the office. Last Tuesday (June 1), I was surprised to see the new e-ticket that they issue in Buendia Station. Sosyal na ha? Dati, sinusulat lang... hehehe!!! But in some stations, they still have that "old-fashioned" tickets (below).

For 3 days now, I've been craving to eat one of my favorite Pinoy foods - tapsilog. So finally, before going home from work this afternoon, I went to Southgate Mall in Alphaland Magallanes and tried Gudsilog's tapsilog for only Php 45.00 pesos.

This is my 6th climb to date. Mt. Batulao is located in Nasugbu Batangas, from Manila, it will take you about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the town of Nasugbu via Aguinaldo Hi-way and Tagaytay. With me are my Sosyal Klaymer friends - Ayie, Ed and Ricky, As well as the Bomba Boys - Harold, Lucky, RV, Bal, Jinnor, Nap, Dimz, Jaoei (GF of Dimz) and Sheng (wife of RV).

From Evercrest Golf Club Resorts, take a tricycle to bring you to a point where all you can do is walk. At least may tricycle, medyo mahaba-haba din ito eh. Hehehe! So, we officially started our climb at around 10:30 AM.
