Satisfying Breakfast Buffet at The Nest, "Dining in the Sky" at Vivere Hotel and Resorts Alabang

I love to start my day early as it gives me more time to do the things I need to do. Even during my travels or "staycations" in the metro, I always wake up as early as possible. One of the things I really look forward to when staying in a hotel is the breakfast buffet. That is why, I really got super excited when I learned that Vivere Hotel and Resorts Alabang serves daily breakfast buffet. Yey! Who wouldn't be excited to indulge on a heavy breakfast? Well, I eat a lot in the morning since I still have the whole day to burn it all. Hahaha!

During our recent overnight stay at Vivere Hotel and Resorts in Alabang (Check rates and Hotel info), we were treated with a sumptuous breakfast buffet at their in-house restaurant called The Nest, "Dining in the Sky." Located at the hotel's 31st floor, what makes "The Nest" a standout is it offers great al fresco dining experience complemented with a sweeping and breathtaking views of the city and Laguna de bay.

Every booking at Vivere Hotel and Resorts Alabang comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet served at The Nest from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The restaurant is so lovely and so posh! Add to that, with and awesome view of the city, who will not look forward to dining here?!

After settling in our desired table at the al fresco dining area, I went straight to the buffet spread filled with a wide array of delicious and mouthwatering selections of Filipino, American and Continental dishes.

The selection of dishes at the breakfast spread was impressive! The variety of tastefully selected dishes available is so inviting.

There are also breads, pasta, salads, pancakes, omelettes, cereals, assorted cold cuts, bacon, sausages, fresh fruits, congee, dimsums and other delectable and flavorsome international dishes. Hot coffee, hot choco, tea and a selection fresh fruit juices are also available at the buffet table or upon request.

Started my breakfast by trying every dish at the buffet spread. They were really good!

Then I had some fruits. Yes, I love fruits, especially in the morning.

And ended my breakfast with a delightful serving of their desserts. My favorite! Hahaha! I'm so happy that they have a great selection of desserts! I 'luv it!

Overall, we had a very satisfying breakfast at The Nest, "Dining in the Sky" at Vivere Hotel and Resorts Alabang. I love that their breakfast buffet has a good selection of dishes and the quality of the food are quite remarkable. Add to that, the awesome view from the restaurant and customer service is highly commendable!
