Be it a fine dining restaurant, a "hole in the wall" diners or simply a street food kiosk, you will surely enjoy Baguio City as there are a lot of food options to choose from.
On our recent trip to Baguio City last month, we stayed at C Boutique Hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood near famous tourist attractions such as Wright Park, The Mansion and Mines View Park.
Their in-house restaurant called Charley's Bar is a casual dining restaurant located at the hotel's ground floor. It is an all-day dining restaurant serving an array of scrumptious dishes showcasing the freshest ingredients that are locally available in Baguio.

Lechon Kawali (Php 325)Deep-fried pork belly in lettuce bedding served with spiced vinegar.

My favorites? I loved the Chicken Sisig, Ten Vegetable Chopsuey, Lechon Kawali, Beef Salpicao and Baguio Longganisa. These are the dishes you definitely shouldn't miss when dining at Charley's Bar.
