If there is one dish that you should not miss when visiting Angeles City, that would be the famed and highly popular Sizzling Sisig. Tucked in a residential area in Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Mila's Tokwa't Baboy is where you could find one of "Angeles City's Best Sizzling Sisig."
Aling Mila's humble eatery started in 1986 and rose to fame because of their signature dish Tokwa’t Baboy. Though they have been known to serve the best Tokwa't Baboy in town, they also serve their popular version of Sizzling Sisig.
What made their Sizzling Sisig famous is that the pork used to make Aling Mila's sisig is deep-fried (instead of grilled) which gives it a crunchy texture. It is then chopped, seasoned with ingredients and served on a sizzling plate. Yummy!!!
Aside from the Sizzling Sisig and Tokwa't Baboy, customers who flock to Mila's also rave about their Paco Salad. It is made with fresh ferns relished with fresh tomatoes, onions, salted egg and homemade vinaigrette. I loved it! It's the best Paco Salad I've tasted so far. The homemade vinaigrette used is really really good! Definitely a must-try when dining at Mila's Tokwa't Baboy!
Other best-sellers at Mila's Tokwa't Baboy are Chicharon Bulaklak, Grilled Pork Tocino BBQ, Lechon Kawali, Plain Sisig (kilawin style), Kalderetang Kambing and Tidtad Babi (Kapampangan Diniguan).
