i remember when i went here last year, it was 11:35am when i visited the tourism office- i just want to ask for a city map (as i always do), they said that the office is already lunch break. and i just have to go back by 1pm. when i went back at 1:15pm, the office is still close.
so i think i waited until 1:35pm (i spend the waiting inside their beautiful cathedral), just to get the map. then i was able to talk to some students who are volunteering sa tourism office, sila yung nakatulong sa akin.
oh well, glad that they changed for the better!
