REVIEW: Shaw Residenza Suites, "Affordable Serviced Apartments in Mandaluyong City"

Shaw Residenza Suites is a serviced apartment located along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City. It offers fully-furnished units for long and short-term stay ideal for travelers and tourists visiting Mandaluyong and nearby cities. Shaw Residenza Suites is well-secured, clean, quiet and close to almost everything. There's supermarket just across the building, convenience stores and an array of gastronomic choices just around the corner.

Last month, we were invited for a 2-night stay at Shaw Residenza Suites for a review of their property. It wasn't hard to find as it is just along the main road and just accross Pure Gold Supermarket.

Upon arrival at the lobby, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and assisted us with checking-in. It was fast and efficient. In less that 10 minutes, we were already inside our unit.

The unit that was given to us is a fully-furnished 70 sqm two (2) bedroom loft type unit that could accommodate up to 4 adults.

It is complete with all the amenities need for a comfortable stay such as a living room, kitchen, dining area, toilet and bath and a utility area.

The living room has a sofa, an air-conditioning unit and a television set with cable channels.

The kitchen and dining area is also complete with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an induction cooker as well as utensils and cooking equipment.

I went upstairs to check on the loft. It has 2 bedrooms also equipped with all the much needed amenities.

The guest room has a double bed, a small working desk, a mirror, an air-conditioning unit and a cabinet.

The main bedroom is a bigger room with a double-sized bed, an air-conditioning unit, a cabinet, working desk, mirror and an en suite toilet and bath with hot and cold shower facilities. All you need is already here. But it would be better is it also has a television set. Hehehe!

Every booking comes with free internet use. I love it! It is fast and stable in the living room but gets a bit weak inside the room. But it's okay, I still get to update my social media accounts and browse the internet.

Shaw Residenza Suites also offers many facilities that will surely delight your stay. Located at the 7th floor, guests would have access to a vast array of amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, function rooms, fitness gym, a sauna, billiards and a kid's playground.

Also included in the services they offer are laundry service, business center, dry cleaning and luggage storage.

What I Love About Shaw Residenza

• Shaw Residenza Suite's prime location is ideal; it is near business, shopping, food and entertainment establishments in the area.
• The staff are pleasant and genuinely accommodating.
• The unit's interiors are nice. Everything is organized and there are not too much clutter which makes it spacious.
• Beds are soft and comfortable which gave me a very relaxing sleep.
• Bed sheets, blankets, comforters, pillow cases and towels all smell fresh and clean.
• I like the individually operated air-conditioning unit in every room which you can adjust to your desired temperature.
• The toilet and bath is clean and complete with basic toiletries such as shampoo, bath soap and clean towels.
• The kitchen is equipped with all the much-needed amenities which allowed us to cook our own food.
• As it is located along the main road; so, getting a transportation is not a problem.
• Affordable, value-for-your-money rates.

There are a variety of accommodation in Manila, but what sets Shaw Residenza Suites apart from the rest is the experience of condo living that is affordable and well-secured. Awesome rooms, amazing city view, pleasant staff, a vast array of amenities, what else can I ask for?

Shaw Residenza Suites is "a home away from home" in every sense of the word! We truly had a memorable stay and I highly recommend it for you to stay-in for you business or leisure travels in Manila!

TIP: When booking, request for a unit with a city view for a breathtaking view of BGC, Makati as well as Manila Bay sunset! How cool is that?!
