Zambales - The Surfers of Liw-liwa

As we saw how big the waves are, we were a bit hesistant if we really want to surf. It's January, the swell is great during this time of the year in Zambales. But the waves made us excited! Woohoo! Okay, we got to try it here! Hahaha! But before we really get to do it, we took some time to just sit at the shore to relax and watch the local surfers in Liw-liwa ride the strongs waves.

We were so amazed as we watched them showcase their skills. They are indeed talented!

We were at eager anticipation of every surfer's awesome ride. Cool, ayt?! We could just imagine the extreme body pain in every wipe out, but I guess that's part of a surfer's life.

So, when you visit Liw-liwa, take time to watch the local surfers and be inpired! Who knows, someday, you'll get to ride the waves as good as them. ^_^

This is part of our surfing weekend experience in this "not so well-known" surfing spot in Zambales, that happend last January 14-15, 2012. Come, join us as we enjoy the waves of Liw-liwa.
